Legal notice & privacy
Publisher
Aurora — an online sealed-consent service. The publisher's contact details and registration number must be completed by the person responsible for publication before going live.
Who it is for
The service is strictly restricted to adults. Any use by a minor is forbidden and leads to account deletion.
Data processed
Email address, display name, declared relational framework, preference charters, consent sessions, sealing fingerprints and messages. Charters and session answers are accessible only to their author; other participants receive aggregated results only.
Retention
Sessions expire automatically. Seals and fingerprints are kept as an integrity ledger. Deleting the account erases profile, charters, sessions and messages; a fingerprint already anchored publicly is by nature not removable — it contains no intelligible data.
Your rights
Access, correction, portability, erasure and objection, exercisable from your space or by request to the publisher. You may refer any disagreement to your data protection authority.
Legal value
An Aurora seal is an element of integrity and timestamping. It is neither a contract, nor automatic proof before a court, nor a waiver of any right. Consent remains revocable at any moment and a later revocation always prevails.
